Thank you for reserving your seat for the RESET Retreat. I am looking forward to sharing this time with you.
This retreat will include inspiration, education, and personal reflection that will guide you through the next year and beyond. We will explore how to increase our wellness and mindfulness for our Body, Mind, and Spirit. We will tap into our insightfulness creatively and in a way that will build our coping skill set.
A few days prior to our time together, I will email you a downloadable retreat guidebook for you to take notes in (if you decide to print it out) or just to follow along with. I recommend you grab a journal or notebook of your choice that you won’t mind adding your thoughts and experiences of this retreat to. While you are at it feel free to grab any pens, pencils, colored pencils, markers or any other creative mediums that you feel inspired by.
In the same email I will send you the event link with all of the appropriate logon information and any passwords needed in order to access our virtual meeting space. I will be using the Zoom platform. If you have not used this platform yet, I recommend you download it onto your desktop prior the retreat date. This will help eliminate the last-minute scramble to navigate technology. We will hit the ground running promptly at 1pm at the beginning of our session.
Some things to do BEFORE we meet for the retreat. As soon as you receive this email, please hop over to Facebook and join our private Facebook group where you will have access to the RESET Retreat Community before and after the retreat. I will have daily posts leading up to the retreat and for 30 days after as well.
Another consideration would be to invite other friends that you think could benefit from this type of experience. My goal is to reach as many people that need this opportunity as possible. Feel free to pass along this shareable link to the RESET Retreat.
What will I need for this retreat?
- A working computer with an internet connection. Please don’t forget the charger for your device.
- Some comfort items of your choice such as a floor pillow, a favorite cozy blanket, a candle, essential oils, a grounding rock or stone – whatever you would like to create decadence, serenity, and comfort.
- Your favorite nourishing snacks such as tea, sparkling water, a plate of fresh fruit and vegetables. You will have an opportunity to refresh your snacks throughout the retreat.
- A yoga mat or a comfortable chair to engage is some light movement.
“Just in Case” Information:
What if I can’t join the day of the event, but have already paid for the retreat? You have two options. Full refunds will be issued up until Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 11:59 pm. A 75% refund will be issued from Thursday, January 28, 2021, at 12:00am until Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 11:59 pm. Requests for a full or partial refund must be made within those time frames in order to qualify for the refunds respectively. No refunds will be given on the day of the retreat. You will have access to the recording of the retreat for up to a year after the recording is posted.
What happens during this retreat? During our 3 hour time together, we will work on restoring, replenishing, and resetting our Body, Mind, and Spirit. The focus will be on nurturing our wellness and mindfulness.
