Why I Created The Joy Collective
(And Why It Might Be Exactly What You Need Right Now)
Let’s be honest: for so many of us, life feels like a lot lately.
We’re holding families together, managing homes, building businesses or careers, juggling schedules, to-do lists, meal planning, emotional labor, and somewhere in the swirl of it all… we keep meaning to get back to ourselves.
To the habits we said we’d start.
To the peace we promised to protect.
To the version of us who doesn’t feel pulled in 27 directions before noon.
I created The Joy Collective for women like us—women who are capable, creative, and so often on the edge of burnout because we’ve put everything before our own joy and progress.
What Is The Joy Collective?
The Joy Collective is a 6-week small group program that blends gentle accountability with soulful support. It’s not a bootcamp, not a productivity sprint, and not a list of things to add to your already-full plate.
Instead, it’s a space to:
- Breathe.
- Reset.
- Focus on just one thing that matters to you.
- Build a tiny habit that actually sticks.
- And do it with a group of women walking right alongside you.
Each week includes a live coaching session, a beautiful workbook, a private online space to connect, and a rhythm that helps you slow down just enough to move forward—intentionally.
Why This Work Matters
Because too many of us are functionally coasting.
We’re doing what needs to be done. We’re showing up. We’re holding it together.
But we’re also often missing the deeper peace and purpose that come from feeling grounded and seen.
I don’t believe joy is something we earn after the house is clean and the inbox is empty (spoiler: they never are).
I believe joy is something we can create now—on purpose, with support, in small moments.
That’s what The Joy Collective is all about.
Is This for You?
This is for the woman who:
- Feels scattered but wants to feel steady again
- Is craving a soft place to land with accountability that doesn’t feel like pressure
- Wants to move toward something meaningful (but isn’t even sure what that is yet)
- Is tired of doing it all alone
You don’t need to fix everything.
You just need to take one step—consistently, compassionately, with joy at the center.
Want In?
We start June 12, 2025, and spots are intentionally limited.
If this resonates, I’d love to welcome you into our circle.

You don’t have to hustle for joy. You just need a little room for it.
And that’s exactly what we’ll make—together.
With joy,

Joy is the rhythm you return to, not a prize you have to chase.
